The multilingual led house is situated in a very nice and quiet site above the Old Town and offers a wonderful ambience for all who are looking for recovery all year long. Our offer includes apartments and room, all air-conditioned, only 300 meters away from the sea and from the Old Town.

Each apartment has a kitchen with a living room, 1 bedroom, a shower/WC, SAT/TV, a balcony with view on the sea , air-conditioning.

There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars.
The way of payment is CASH ONLY. You can pay any time while you are in Dubrovnik.
The price for the accommodation includes towels, antiallergic bed linen without beach sheets, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
The distance to the Adriatic Sea is only 300 meters.
One finds several restaurants, fashion shops, bars, grocery stores, discos, post offices, banks and exchange offices round around the vacation home (300-500 m).

    Good view of the city. Room clean. 15 minutes of steps to reach the town.

    Nice view, but not sure it's worth all those steps every afternoon / evening!! Would stay closer to the town- you can always take the cable car for an amazing view, which we did anyway! Staff were pleasant and helpful when asked, though didn't go out of their way to orientate us. They did sort out a taxi from the airport to the place with very friendly and informative driver.

    Everything was perfect! But you must be prepared to walk down 500 steps to reach the city center and 500 uphill to return to the apartment! Bring with you comfortable shoes!

    we liked very much Peric rooms and apartments, clean rooms, very nice hosts. They had a beautiful terrace, a pleasant view from the balcony. The hosts give us information about what can we visit in Dubrovnik and near it. The rooms were big and beautiful, we were 8 people and we had 2 rooms and an apartment. The position it's ok, we had to climb 300 steps but we quickly got used.I highly recommend this location.
