    I think it's the best offer if you're looking something cheap, but central and clean. There are a lot of stores near the apartment, so you can buy anything and eat it in your room. It's better than having meals included in the price. The old center is also very close, a 10 minute walk. I enjoyed apart-Hotel Bulgaria.
