Hotel Sabina - Brussels, Belgium

I made a trip through several European countries. But the Hotel Sabina was the only one that was really bad. Rent a room for two people but the hotel gave me a room with a bed for one person. It was one of the worst nights of my life. How can two people sleeping in a bed so small? . It was a scam. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was OK. However, there was a member of the stuff who was terrible. It was a man who upon getting there and upon being asked for Internet said that they only had Internet during the day. Hence, we asked him whether it would be easy to find a place with Internet at that time (11 p.m.). He said that for sure and send us downtown where we did not find any open place with Internet (we walked through the city for about two hours quite late at night). Next day the other person of the stuff told us that they had Internet. In fact they had but it only worked out at the ground floor and not at the rooms. The same guy who gave us wrong information did not allow to stay a person who was looking for us. Our friend was required for that person to wait for us outside the hotel, with such a terrible cold weather.

Considering the price, the place is very good... close to underground and area very quite for sleeping... JUST two remarks: only one towel very small and the chambermaids are very messy when they talk in the morning to each other so not possible to sleep later

Helpful staff. Sat.nav.couldn't find it because street names in 2 languages but only 1 stated.

Overall it was a positive experience. However you must obviously have clear in mind that this is a budget hotel. Rooms are very small and facilities are basic. In terms of maintenance it definitely would need some refurbishment: carpets are stained, the furniture a bit old, etc. However we were positively impressed by the fact that the bathroom was new (very important in my opinion), well maintained, and clean.
