This accommodation may be ideal for family holidays or group holidays with friends, with most of the leisure and entertainment of Brest, a short distance away from you.

These apartments are located in the centre of Brest. They are surrounded but an attractive area in which one may find markets, shops (of all kinds), restaurants and night club, to ensure a pleasant stay.
The river side beach is situated only 5 minutes away by walk.

If you book a 'standard double bed private':
you will have room with double bed in 2-bedrooms apartment with shared bathroom and access to the kitchen.

If you book a 'studio apartment double bed private':
you will have room with double bed in studio apartment with bathroom and kitchen.

If you book a '2 bedroom apartment 4 bed/s private':
you will have 2-bedrooms apartment with double bed in one room and double bed and sofa bed (for 1-2 extra guests for additional fee) in second room, bathroom and kitchen.

Check-out at 11AM and check in starts at 1 PM.
Check-in after 11 pm - additional 10€ per person.

Due to the appartments being within, a residential property you are kindly asked to follow the community rules, such as respecting the neighbours, no alcohol or parties allowed within the property, etc.

We do not have a reception - so therefore you are kindly asked to enquire by phone (phone number in booking confirmation).

RESERVATIONS MADE BY GUESTS FROM COUNTRIES THAT REQUIRE A VISA TO ENTER (EXCEPT THE EUROPEAN UNION, JAPAN, USA, AUSTRALIA)
AND BY GUESTS FROM AFRICA, SOUTH AND CENTRAL AMERICA WILL BE MADE PREPAYMENT IMMEDIATELY BY WESTERNUNION, MONEYGRAM ETC THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION AFTER THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN MADE AND THERE WILL BE NO-REFUND. IF THE CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED WE WILL CANCEL THE RESERVATION INMEDIATELY.
