Hello and a warm welcome at ANTE PORTAS the tradition-rich apartment hotel for your holiday in the city of Salzburg!

Situated not far from Salzburg’s city center (pedestrian zone), in a nice and safe ancient residential area, our apartment hotel looks back at a long history and tradition.
It has been completely revived with a lot of enthusiasm right down to the last detail in 2007/08 and from the historic building a modern apartment hotel with 14 fully equipped holiday homes emerged. Amongst other amenities you will find a private parking area and direct access to the public transports of the city.

From Mai 2008 on I welcome you with Austrian hospitality to the ANTE PORTAS and I am looking forward to being your host in the World Heritage City Salzburg.

in the size of about 21-27 m², offer individual enjoyment for holiday guests as well as business travellers. The furniture strikes by charm, a wonderful sense for colours and with a lot of enthusiasm right down to the detail a cosy atmosphere with trendy living comfort has been created.

    Clean self contained place. Easy check in when arriving outside of reception hours. Helpful english speaking staff. Long walk into town but easy commute via public transport. Very close supermarkets. Unfortunately we have been waiting 2 weeks for the hold they placed on our credit card to be removed. However they were very helpful when contacted about this issue.

    I loved Ante Portas. It was a cute apartment. It was clean and had a little kitchen. The staff was very helpful with planning our visit to Salzburg. It is a long bus ride from the main train station, but once you figure it out, it's not bad. Worth the ride for the price!

    The appartement was very clean, the facilities were good (small kitchenette, spacious bathroom). Unfortunately the place is next to a big street - too loud for us. Another minus would be the distance to the city. But you can look it up before.
