    The apartment is very cosy, quite (it's innercourt)^ comfortable and clean, and nearby there are good and cheap restaurants. Landlords are friendly and ready to help. The only disadvantage is an entrance hall of the building - it's rather dirty and stinky. But as far as I know it's a common problem in Yerevan.
