NGOC THAO Guesthouse was opened in Nowember 2006. It is friendly, bright, clean and hospitable family run.
Located in a quiet alley off Pham Ngu Lao street, in the heart of Backpacker area in District 1.

We have different kinds of room according to your budget. Every room has air conditioning, ceiling fan, double bed and cable TV with more than 70 channels. Most of the room have a fridge.

Our rooms are leaned and fresh towels is provided daily.

    This guesthouse is ran by a very nice family which are really helpfull with everything: booking tours, finding the way in the city and everything. The dorm was very clean and every day they made your bed and you get a clean towel. Lockers in the room as well, highly recommended!

    Hi my sis&i stayed 5 nites here! Family was helpful in plannin itinerary for us&made sure we knew our way about the city:) breakfast was always sufficient for a good day of energy+wonderful tropical fruits to finish off! homey environment with comfort to relax. abt 15-20min walk to town centre & variety of shops ard to meet ur needs:D we truly enjoyed our time here;D good grasp of lanaguage too-easy to communicate.

    This was a lovely hostel, very clean and staff were really friendly and helped us out for our first day in Vietnam. Not the place for meeting people and not that lively but still a great place.

    It is the owners, Ngoc & Tuan along with the rest of their family that make this guesthouse a truly wonderful experience. Set back in a little alleyway you really feel the real charm of Ho Chi Minh City. Even if we had all the money in the world to spend on accomodation, I would still stay here again over a big hotel. We felt as though we were personally invited by this family to stay in their home. Highly recommended.
