    The guys at Old Street treated us like royalty. The deluxe room was huge, airconditioned, wifi and even a pc in the bedroom. Free coffee all day and fab breakie or eggs and french rolls. It was our anniversary and the guys woke us up with a huge bunch of roses. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Also they guys arranged all our trips (Emotion junk Halong Bay) and also booked our onward train tickets for us.

    The hotel was excellent, because of the location, good full breakfast (coffee, tea free all day long) and the people working there, they make you feel like home. We booked some tours (Halong Bay, Sapa, Tam Coc) at a very good price and the best quality. I do recomend this hotel to all people who want to stay in Hanoi.

    Our group of 6 person stayed at the Old Street Hotel for 2 nights. We were impressed by the hotel. The staff were friendly and offer excellent customer service e.g recommending places to eat etc. The rooms were clean and all amenities works. Mr.Anthony Hoat of the hotel also did all the travel arrangements for us from the moment we touched down in Hanoi to sending us to the airport for our flight home. We visited Halong Bay and Sapa. The tour went perfectly. We would recommend this hotel.
