Very nice staff and good placement. The rooms are what you would expect and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Hanoi Guest House was full so they transferred me to sister guest house Red River. I would not recommend this guest house. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower shoes they left for you to use outside were even dirtier. The staff were lovely, really kind and obliging and good fun too, but that can't make up for the lack of cleanliness.

This is a nice and cozy hostel, but is situated quite a distance away from the main streets of hanoi. The staff is extremely helpful and approachable. We had a room for 3 of us, but it did not come with 3 beds, rather one of us had to sleep on a matress on the floor. On the whole, our stay here was pleasant. We loved the daily breakfast as well!

Very friendly staff willing to do anything for you. Free airport transfer is a lifesaver. Rooms are average but very worththe 8 USD you pay. You should arrange your tours through them. Cheap price.

Nice place and value for the money. Moon is very helpful and friendly but I recommend that you are clear about what you want and review your bill clearly.
