Accommodation:
Lamai Guesthouse has 26 rooms with air-condition, fan, hot shower, private bathroom, balcony, TV, DVD player, refrigerator, mini bar, beach towels, hair dryer, safety deposit boxes, and Wi-Fi connection in all guestrooms for free.

Lamai Guesthouse has total 26 rooms with 3 types of room. There are 18 Deluxe rooms, 4 Superior rooms, and 4 Standard rooms. All room rates are included breakfast.

Deluxe room is size 30 s.q.m., with Double bed (A king size bed, 6.0 feet), and a set of PC computer with high speech internet 10M/10M, Wi-Fi, and a printer for free using.

Superior room is size 30 s.q.m., with Twin bed (2 small beds, 3.5 feet each), and a set of PC computer with high speech internet 10M/10M, Wi-Fi, and a printer for free using.

Standard room is size 20 s.q.m., with Single bed (A small bed, 3.5 feet, for 1 person only), and has not a set of PC computer and a printer, but has Wi-Fi connection in the room for free.

Facilities:
Our reception service is 24 hours.
Our maid service is diary at 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
Our bar and restaurant services are 24 hours.
Our restaurant serves Thai Food, Italian Food, European Food, Western Food, and Chinese Food.

We have the security camera record 24 hours at the hotel lobby, at the reception counter, at the safety deposit boxes, and at the restaurant.

Our policy is not charge Lady/Joiner, who is staying overnight with guests in the room.

We offer the garden and rest at the in front of the hotel. It is very good for relax, rest, meeting, and has breakfast or dinner.

Other services:
Motorbike rentals, car/jeep rental, bar, restaurant, fax, telephone, tour information, laundry, and taxi car/van.

We offer the special automatic motorbike rental for THB.300 - 200 per day. There are 13 new YAMAHA, 3 HONDA, and 6 SUZUKI automatic motorbikes.

We have the car/van transfer from Phuket Airport to Lamai Guesthouse 24 hours. But we charge for THB.800/car, and for THB.1, 200/van.

Hotel Policies:
1. Guests have to make cancelled or changed reservation at least 2 days before arrival date.
2. Late cancelled or case of NO SHOW, we have to charge for 1 night.
3. Childen age under 12 years old can stay at their parent for free.
4. Extra breakfast is charged for THB.300/person.
5. Extra bed is charged for THB.500/person.
6. All guests have to show and be copied their passport for check-in at the hotel.
