    Great location if you want to party. Atmosphere Feels like schoolies, not a place if you want to get away from it all but great if you want to be in the centre of the action. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is a bit a walk to get to, as at another hotel but view of the beach whilst eating was worth it.
