After getting lost trying to find the riad, the manager very kindly collected me and took me to the riad.It is a haven of peace and quiet in the middle of what is a very busy noisy city. The staff are friendly and helpful and the roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax.I was able to use the kitchen to cook my own food, which was a nice change. Some of the fittings were faulty, but my room was very comfortable with A/C and the atmosphere of the whole place was very welcoming, and I will be staying here on my next visit(now I know where it is!) I can heartily recommend this riad, you will be very well looked after.

In essence this review and points are for the Iaatzane hostel which we stayed in for three nights as Jakoura was full. Apparently they told us Hostelclub book their rooms when other sites say they are full, so watch out!! Kemal and Leile from the Iaatzane were great with nice breakfast. Kemal is willing to help out, without getting paid which really is a novelty in Morocco! Unfortunately we did not get a private en-suite, though got the two proper beds the 2nd and 3rd night. This annoyed me since I had spent time choosing the right hostel etc. We had the same issue the 4th night and the Jakoura was full again, but they put us in their hostel next door which was a moroccan palace of a place. We had a great room and bathroom and the breakfast was astounding and plentiful, a much needed reward for the bad service encountered the first few nights. We got a discount which helped, but be warned Hostelclub is not the best site to book with if you want problem free stays!

a very good hostel because the staff is very helpfull (lot's of tea for example :), good breakfast and very clean. It's location could better, it's a 15 minute walk from the square...

Fantastic place with exellent staff . Hamid/ Rachid / Fatima . Always there to help you . The location is perfect at a dead end street . Absolut silence during nighttime . Highly recommended . Mikael

the place is ok. They also organize trips to the desert, we've tried their 2 days-1 night combination but it was disappointing (2 days by car just to see the very beginning of the desert, and the food caused us some sickness).

RIAD JAKOURA is a guesthouse like a friend house. Staff is very kindness and funny men! They always treated me with talking and a mint tea. Every night, I talked to stayers and staff in living room. All the time, it was really good time! I would like to stay again.
