Symbol of Copenhagen, The Little Mermaid (Den Lille Havfrue) is surprisingly small and set on Langelinie quay. Based on Hans Christian Andersen's fairytale character, she was sculpted by Edvard Eriksen and donated in 1913 by brewer Carl Jacobsen.
