From the Victorian operating theatre to the wonders of modern surgery, the galleries, collections and interactive displays bring to life the history of health and disease, treatments and cure, medical discoveries, equipment and technology.

You'll also get to explore life in Leeds in the 1840s, by stepping into a reconstructed Victorian street. Here you can follow the lives, ailments and treatments of Victorian characters.
