Regent's Park is a vast garden in north-west London, home to London Zoo, an open-air theatre, sports facilities, cafes and restaurants. The historic Rose Garden houses thousands of plants of many different species.
The park's recreational facilities include tennis and netball courts, an athletics track, football and rugby pitches, a boating lake and three children's playgrounds. Combined with neighbouring Primrose Hill, the land covers 487 green and pleasant acres and is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon.
