Centrally located, Place Mohammed V is Casablanca's main square. A hive of activity day and night, the square is surrounded by public buildings in Mauresque and early 20th-century Art Deco style.
Buildings here include the post office, Palace of Justice, the Prefecture, the French Consulate and the Bank of Morocco. At night the area comes alive with lights and spectacle.
