    Kuala Lumpur:

At 452m, the city-centre, 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers form the world's tallest twin buildings. Curved and pointed bays feature the Islamic influences of American architect Cesar Pelli. Enjoy stunning city views from the 41st-floor Skybridge that connects the towers.

At the base of the towers there is a shopping centre and the Petronas Philharmonic Hall, home of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. The tower complex is set in nearly 70 acres of public parks and piazzas.

Built of high-strength concrete and supported by 75-by-75-foot concrete cores and an outer ring of widely spaced super columns, the towers encompass an impressive 14,000 to 22,000 square feet of column-free office space on each floor. There is also a curtain wall of glass and stainless steel sun shades that act to diffuse the intense equatorial light.
