Australia's finest international art collection is showcased in Federation Square's bright and spacious National Gallery of Victoria. View artists from Rembrandt to Warhol plus Australian classics by Tom Roberts and Sidney Nolan. Admire the waterwall and Great Hall's stained-glass ceiling.

Started over 150 years ago, the last major milestone for the NGV was the opening of its home in St Kilda Road in 1968. Since then the total collection has doubled in size to more than 60,000 works of art, and the gallery has split, with the Australian collections moving over the river to Federation Square.
