Located on Thessaloniki's waterfront boulevard, the Museum of Byzantine Culture is dedicated to preservation and research. Its collections consist of sculptures, frescoes, mosaics, coins and inscriptions, as well as a wide variety of orthodox religious icons from the 14th-18th centuries.
