    Seville:

Set in the ornate building of a former convent, Seville's Museo de Bellas Artes (Fine Arts Museum) houses paintings by Spanish artists like Francisco Zurbarán and Juan de Valdés Leal. There are also diverse collections of sculpture, ceramics and furniture.

The museum journeys through several artistic movements including 17th-century Italian and Flemish art and 18th-century works by Murillo, Juan de Valdés Leal and Zurbarán. There are also Romantic works by Esquível and Domínguez Becquer and European art from the first half of the 20th century.

The ground floor includes work by Spanish Gothic, Seville and Renaissance artists, including El Greco, and Velázquez. The upper floor focuses on Spanish and more specifically Seville Baroque, with pieces by José de Ribera and Francisco de Herrera el Mozo.
