Dhakeshwari Temple (aka Dhakeshwari Jatiya Mandir or National Temple) in Dhaka is an 11th-century Hindu temple and the most important place of Hindu worship in Bangladesh. As well as regular day-long prayers, the temple hosts the annual festival of Durga Puja.
Durga Puja attracts thousands of worshippers and dignitaries from the President to media celebrities.
