We rent an apartment for tourism for 2 people, behind Frari Church, on the middle of Venice, 10 minute distance to Rialto bridge and St. Marks Square.
The apartment is compose by: small kitchen, matrimonial sofa-bed, and bathroom with shower.
In the apartment you find sheets, towels all for cook, there are also the microwave, ventilator, heating, and only italian Tv.
All of these conforts are included in the price.

The excort service to the apartment is free till 21.00, after this hour till 23.30 is Euro 20.00. After the hour 23.30 the extra charge is Euro 50.00. If you arrive after 24,00, and you don't inform us in time, is not possible to enter.

We ask you also to inform us for any late arrival after the hour that you comunicated us.

--- CANCELLATION POLICY ---

The reservations could be canceled:

- Within 15 days from the date of arrival without penalty

- From 14 to 4 days before the arrival date: we will charge the cost of one night for each apartment booked.

- 3 days before the date of arrival or no-show: the total amount will be charged.

    Great location, clean and convenient. Area with lots of character. Had to pay 50 euros instead of the 20 euros mentioned on the website (cash) for late check-in though.

    The apartment was in a wonderful location. 15 minutes from Rialto and about 20 minutes from St. Mark's Square. There were many restaurants nearby.

    it doesn't have warm water for bath. the water's temperature changes during shower

    Apartment was clean with a kitchen and a large bathroom. There was even an TV, Rai Uno only ;-)Only problem was the sofa bed, mattress was so thin we felt all the springs. 2 Minute walk from the vaporetto stand San Toma, just between San Marco and the Rialto bridge. Rialto was a 15 minute walk.from the apartment.

    two points schould be done very soon: 1. the very uncomfortable and worn out sofa-bed should be renewed; 2. the shower (esp. the suspension) should be repaired

    The sofa-bed is broken and doesn't bring any kind of comfort.

    The little kitchen and the site are the best of this appartment.But the room doesn't have any view at all, despite the suggestive pictures on the site of hostelsclub. And the bed is very bad. And we didn't like to wait for one and half hour for help when we could not get hot water.
