Generally OK. Very good location. Very friendly front desk people. Small room. I had the impression that it lacked the air (I could not open the window because it was loud in the street). Small and very cheap-looking couches. The old carpeting. On the hostels club booking side there is the information: "breakfast included", but when I had arrived the front desk (check-in) the lady said that it was not. I ate breakfast outside in the café. So either "hostelsclub" gives false information, or the hotel should give me back the money for 2 breakfasts.
Very kind and helpful staff. 20 minute walk to the major museums. Close to good restaurants as well.
A nice, clean hotel, within walking distance of the Louvre; a metro station and two Velib' (bike sharing) stations in the immediate surroundings. Buffet breakfast good, nothing special, about what you'd expect from a hotel. Free internet (WiFi and a one-seat internet point with a printer) The only bad part was the front desk clerk, and how bad! he billed my reservation credit card for one night (without even asking), but I had reserved for two - he had confused my reservation with someone else's; he didn't speak a word of Italian, or even English (he was supposed to speak both). Fortunately, on check out day, he was replaced by a way more competent clerk: she spoke English AND Italian, and fixed his colleague's mess when I presented her a copy of my online reservation (the hotel's own internet point with printer was great help here...) The experience was pretty good, although I expected a little better from such an expensive hotel
