they froze the money in your credit card for the whole stay as an assurance that you will arrive, and then you still have to pay in cash when you do arrive. And so far my money isn't back, ita been three days already. Apart from that, it's a very nice hostel and the location is great.
Very well situated, right between the train station and the city center (Duomo). The rooms are quirky but extremely charming and it's excellent value for money. Pertty much perfect for 42 Euros a night for 2 people.
It was disappointing that the private bathroom was outside the room. Also there is no air-conditioning and Florence is very hot in the summer.
I defenitely recommend it. It's safe and nice. Free wifi, great location,friendly staff.

It has no common room or kitchen,but it is very clean and location is good, very close to station.In winter rooms are very cold.
It's clean and neat,with ideal position in the full centre of Florence near the train station.The staff is nice.I recommend it.

Very nice place. The workers are kind and willing to help. Very good location next to the central station and the city center. Small rooms but more then enough for the price.
A very good choice for the price, the two men Roberto and Hussein were so kind, the lady...not so often, and there could bee more toilets and change of the bedlinen, but the rest was very good, I had booked no breakfast and can look much football on Tv. Thank You for five wonderful days

It's a chilled out atmosphere so you have to leave the hotel to meet people but it's a nice location :)

I have an overwhelming experience in Ferretti hotel. 1) very good service 2) taking care of your requirements 3) Warm welcome 4) Clean rooms with all required items 5) Near to train station 6) Easy accessable to all tourist spots I can say that next time when I come to Florance I will stay in Ferretti. Very good location and helpful staff. Clean, if a bit sterile-looking. Unfortunate incident involving another customer screaming at the management at 2am, but other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
there's near Firenze.S.M.N station. staff were very kind. generally all the stuff were clean. also it was cheap.
Excellent location, clean and pivate... Very safe also. I would recommend it before going to a youth hostel. Great Supervisor also
Our room was very comfortable and alot bigger then expected. Located right next to the sights! extremely warm hosts, an excellent deal all round! Would reccomend to anyone! Thanks for having us!!
