great hostel))) good combination price and service)) thaks a lot! just for sleeping it is really good)
staff was very friendly and extremly helpful from saying wich sites to see to were to go out for the night. the hostil is very close to the train station and quite central to most city attractions. doing laundry here is expensive and would advise most budget backpackers to wash before they come. also no stove top but they have breakfast and coffee/tea for everyone in the morning. great staff, great location, and very clean. will for sure be back.
My favorite hostel during my trip to Italy! The place itself is really nice, its small and cozy and the kitchen/dining area is ideal for hanging out with people. But what puts this hostel over the top is how great the staff is! They are super helpful and a lot of fun; the owner even got us a bottle of wine our last night there. Amazing place!
the staff is very fun and make you laugh a lot. very helpful and will give you directions anywhere! i recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, college-age atmosphere!
Greatest hostel ever : great location, great and fashioned and funny staff, nice and partiers roomates... and very usefull a sort of kitchen.

Great place to meat people. To bad the hostel dousn't give bread for brakfest. Good thing to have free internet!
Only stayed here for 1 night but the staff were helpful and it was only a short walk into the centre.
the place itself is really o.k and comfortable, but people do make mistakes sometimes and it's not o.k to their money for a stupid mistake like wanting to cancel one night and not getting a refund!
It's a nice and comfy place to stay close to the center! Although there's a kitchen, you can't actually cook there(it was a surprise for us)!

really homey and friendly, you share a bathroom with a lot of people which was annoying. very clean, great location, everything you need or want to see is within walking distance
I have stayed in a new part of the hostel which is just great!It is situated close to the center of the city which is nice but it is a little bit loud.Staff is also great,especially Filipe!If I went to Florence sometime again,I would definately stay in Emerald Fields! Andrea(Serbia)
Good place not to far from main centre Everyone friendly and accommodating. They will make calls for you and give good information. Internet being available is a big plus. Only complaint is it was hot and windows+doors were left open and Mosquitos bit me all over. Marco the owner says he will get sprays. Maybe Mosquito nets would be a good idea. Saying that no one else complained? Maybe I tasted better?? Still a good place.
