The hostel was good, though I missed like a real common area. It has only tables and seats for groups and nothing like where people would sit together. Though, the pooltable and tablefootball made up for this =) |

I feel very comfortable for the fee. For example, the bedroom is very clean and wide for me. And also, the facility is very convenient like free access of WiFi and free breakfast. I want to stay at your hostel at next visit. |

Awful. No central heating in freezing december; not warm blanket either, only a very thin one. Dirty. Unsafe. Staff most unnice. In Europe the place would have been closed by social services since long. |

This hostel is in one of the sketchiest parts of downtown San Francisco. The area feels very unsafe (people sleeping in the street in front of the hostel). Staff is often unfriendly/unhelpful/absent. You may share the room with homeless people who are somehow let in. The kitchen is basically unusable; as soon as one person is in it, there is no more space. There is no safe luggage storage and the building is pretty shoddy. The main good part was bonding with other travelers about all being in the same boat! |
