Please note that breakfast is ordered through the reception by phone, no later than 19. 00 on the previous day. The phone number for contacting the administrator is provided in the booking confirmation. We also ask you to familiarize yourself with the following provisions: - It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children from 0 to 7 years old inclusive stay free of charge. - Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the the hotel, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms. - Late check-out before 17:00 is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 17:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay. - When checking in with pets, a deposit of 5000 RUB is charged, which is refundable if nothing is damaged in the room. Up to 5kg - 500 RUB/s; up to 10kg - 1000 RUB/s. - Business travelers are provided with accounting documents. - Check-in at the the hotel is carried out before 00:00, after the specified time, check-in is possible only with an advance payment in the amount of the first night. - When booking 3 or more rooms, an advance payment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary. - For bookings from 7 days inclusive, a prepayment of one night is provided.
