Guesthouse is located 8-10 minutes on foot from the centre of Split and 5 minutes on foot from pine forest Marjan. Pine forest is sourended by beaches.
House is on the groundfloor, it has 3 rooms with SAT TV each, double and triple with air condition and 2 bathrooms.
Free wireless internet .
Kitchen and dining room are for common use as well as grill in the large and nice green garden.You can enjoy relaxed atmosphere in the garden, using barbecue and meeting other travellers in common kitchen and dining room, watching tv or exchanging experience in your travelling.


Owner rent a bike ( 8 Euro per day)and may organize one day trip to Omis (25 km from Split) which include rafting on the river Cetina.Other trips may be organized as well.

Use of laundry on request and payment.
Owner speaks English, Italian and German.

    The owners were really nice and suggested places to eat and visit. The apartment was mostly clean apart from a small ant problem and cobwebs in our room. We were lucky and had the whole place to ourselves (other 2 rooms were empty). The shower was broken which my boyfriend fixed with a fork! Bed wasn't that comfortable but good place for the money. Only 20 mins walk from centre and even less from forest/beaches - great position. Nice quiet area with supermarket nearby.

    near the center (10 min. walk), but far enough to have a garden and relax, plus it is also near the beaches, the environment depends on who the other two rooms share an apartment.

    We cannot comment on Guest House Zuvan because when we arrived it was under renovation and we were housed in a flat quite far from the town. The flat was very clean but because we come from a small forestry town we were looking forward to staying in a Guest House and not a flat. The owners were amazing and collected us from the station and delivered us back to the ferry on the day we were to leave. They were SO helpful and apologetic but I would like to visit Guest House Zuvan one day! Try Guest House Zuvan because the owners are awesome!

    Staff was helpful and dedicated, they provided us taxi service for airport at early morning which was a nice gesture.

    great place to stay, clean, comfortable, right next to a supermarket, helpful and very friendly hosts, and not too far a walk to the centre. The next best thing to being in your own house.
