Beautiful new complex of apartments available for holiday rent in Tenerife for a good price in a very good locatd in the tourist center near the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets.

Facilities in all apartaments: Badroom with a double bed or two single beds, kitchen full furnished with all facilities for cocking (heater, two cockers, microwave, dishes, plates, etc..), living room with sofa, bathroom full furnished, Tv, washing mashine.

Apartaments are situated in the center of Playa San Juan, a 150 m from the main church, and 100 m from the sea. The place has a very nice beach, with restaurnts, bars, walking and joging zone next to the sea.

Not regret having spent their holidays in an environment of sun and very quiet beach

Bus station is a 50 m from the place (goes to Los Gigantes, and Las Americas) sever lines.


The average annual minimum and maximum air temperature is about 15 º C in winter and 24 º C in summer. Therefore, we enjoy a great time in one of the best and most delightful climates in the world.

    a whole apartment, 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom, so the price is quite good. Location is very quiet and nice. So if you are not that much of a party animal, it's perfect!

    It's just an apartment in a building. They are very nice and comfortable. Very suitable for a family or people who prefer to be alone - you wont meet anyone else there. The location is only good if you have a car, because there is nothing to do in Playa San Juan, except checking out the great chinese resturant Chino Sur.

    Huge flat with everything you need. 5 minutes away from the beautiful beach of playa de san juan which is not as overcrowded as the touristic centers in the south of the island. GREAT PLACE!

    Very nice place, clean and very helpful professional staff. Apartament has view on ocean, but if you need more fun factor you have find another place. ---- Polish - Bardzo fajne miejsce, spokojne i czyste, bardzo pomocna obsługa, ale jeśli chcecie zabawy to niestety nie tutaj.
