Great location, friendly efficient staff, clean, spacious rooms. One down side the lift stops working late at night so you've to walk up 8 flights of stairs!

  2. mauricio alberto From Chile On April 9, 2008

  3. Anna From Denmark On April 6, 2008

Fine, but roomes need a table, waterboiler for coffee and tea, a bigger trashcan.

  4. Juan Carlos From Mexico On February 22, 2008

Nice hostel in Madrid's belly, the view from the rooms turned to be a lookout in the middle of a very dynamic area. Its close to the principal touristic sites and just a few steps away from the Metro (Callao station). I could just throw a bad comment on their towels, that i found not very soft. If i'm back to Madrid and have no place to stay i will definitely stay at Granvia 44.

  5. Dan From Sweden On February 17, 2008

  6. Yllen From Brazil On November 22, 2007

Well-located hostel, very comfortable and clean, simple breakfast in room, computer with internet, has lifts and heating. Rosa was really nice with us and we would certainly come back!

  7. Sebastian From Norway On November 9, 2007

  11. Graca From Brazil On August 26, 2007

This hostel is great! Highly recomend it. Very clean. The Keeper brings breakfast in bed to you (unbeliverable) and the location could not be better!!! Very close to several metro stations, internet cafe, pubs, clubs and walking distance from the Palacio Real and everywhere else.

  12. Deborah From Italy On August 16, 2007

Very good position in Madrid city centre, very clean, internet free, good breakfast. Strongly recommended, even to visit Madrid by night.

  13. José From Portugal On August 14, 2007

Nice view over Madrid, nice location near everithing. excelent sellection if you want to see Madrid without luxuries... The downsides are the lack of AC and the bucket for the papers in the wc...

  14. karen From Canada On June 25, 2007

really well located in the center of madrid, but of course very noisy from the traffic in the street below, bring ear plugs

  15. paolo From Italy On June 19, 2007

  16. Francois From France On June 11, 2007

Very good place to stay in the center of Madrid, close to all the great attractions. Very nice owner and very friendly rates. To be recommended !

  17. Alma From Sweden On June 4, 2007

A nice hostel right in the center of Madrid with very nice staff exept that she didn´t speak english. You get breakfast in bed every morning and you have the town rigth out side your door when your done. A bad thing is that you hear all the sounds from the streets all night. But you can live with that for a few days.

  18. Marcello From Italy On May 23, 2007

Beatiful central position. Clean. Metro station "Callao" very close (30 mt.)

  19. Jacques From France On March 24, 2007

Very good welcome . Be careful to ask for a room as far as possible from the main road. happyly located on the 8th floor but nevertherless a bit noisy.

  20. ANASTASIA From Greece On March 7, 2007

the hotel was really nice!!!!the main good thing was that it was right in the center of Madrid!really good!the bad thing is that they do not speak english at all so it was unpossible to communicate!but it was really good!anyway when you go on vacation you are all the time out!!the breakfast was not something special!but i really recomend it for its location!!!!
