There was no "Latina". We were sent to Residencial Das Beiras. It was an adequate room. The location was near a subway. It was OK. BUT..I had specifically chosen Latina because it had a balcony; this did not. That is always my priority. The staff was helpful. I was scouting out the city as I will need to transit Lisbon 4 times a year in the next 2 years. I visited other Hostal-type places to find other options. This one is not particularly good value for the charges condidering its location and lack of charm and compared to others I found. However, it is safe and staff is available 24 hours a day.
After a pb of room's availability. The staff found them an other room. So, they are professional for this point.
