Unfortunately we werde relocated to another Hstel as there was no room available in the original Hostel. There was no doublebed which is a bit weird for couples. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were damn hot and shower pressure was not sufficient. Sometimes no toilettpaper + 4th floor without lift. But incredible price 7.5 Euro/person/night. Its up to your expectations if this hostel satisfies your needs.

Although cheap, you will be the only traveller shring facilities with people living in the same household. As a result, the kitchen is left untidy most days, there is one dead pan and a single set of functional knife, fork and spoon to use between at least 6 people. The bathroom never has toilet paper because as soon as the owner restocks daily reserves, they are stolen by individual residents. Young people stay up most nights and laugh like maniacs most nights of the week (employment is scarce at the moment but shouldn´t translate into total rudeness). There is no common area to meet and socialise with other travellers. Not a good atmosphere if you like to be comfy in your hostel, but good for just a cheap bed and staying outside all the time.

I think this hostel has a good location. you can go almost everywhere walking. Location by the main street, metro sation and bus. The atmosphere very nice- the ovner are very helpfull and opend. so I can recommend this place and I will come back there next time :)

really nice staff, they even washed our clothes ;)) there are also two kitchens which is great if your fed up with fast food

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Lisbon and the Souliver Rooms were a great place to stay. Slightly out of the centre, but this was great as you get to venture around the local areas and avoid all the tourist traps. Highly recommended.

The owners are such kind and the hostel is really nice! It's not properly in the centre but well connected by metro. It's definitely a good choice!

Loved it, went as a family with small children. Well located (nice neighbourhood, easy metro/tram access), quiet, just done up enough and still retaining lots of character, fantastic landlady.

I really enjoyed my stay at souliver.. the staff was great and helpful and its location near anjos station proved ideal after a long tiring day of siteseeing... i would recommend it.

Lovely in every respect! Like living in your own flat in Lisboa.

I liked this one! Not a very happy position (buses are close but the barrio is not one of the best..) I was lucky to find it quite empty (5 people at most) so I don't know how it responds "under pressure" (always a lack of toilets: 2 for about rooms). But the atmosphere is nice and the brazilian lady as well! For this price I reccomend it.

Although I just stayed there one night,I can say that the service was very good and owners were very helpful providing me with a taxi at early morning hours. The room was simple but clean, and so was the bathroom. The only problem was that you can hear everything, as the house is old and acoustically dreadful
