    Fun was low because it was irrelevant. Otherwise an excellent, comfortable and friendly place to be. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful with information. Slight glitch at the end when we were not given an important message and when given a copy email in an envelope which was very relevant to the terminals at the airport we nearly did not open it till too late as we were not told it was important. But apart from that I would recommend the hotel to anyone not wanting full board.

    We received our room only after 16 hrs, i.e. we had to wait over 2 hrs to get the room. The explanation was "other guest are slow to check-out"... should not be our concern, right?
