Everything was fine, except for the lack of water during the day and hot water at night. The day after it was solved, but I was already leaving. Aside this fail, location and staff are ok.

Location was good as was the supply of linen. Breakfast was also good. The room was very small and dark.

A no frills hotel that would have been better had I not booked a room with a shared bathroom. If I had it was good VFM for that time of year and for that position right next to the castle. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Only one bathroom for about 10 beds.
I enjoyed the big breakfast "outdoor".
Great price for a single room, and great location. Best place for Verona.

i liked verona, so the location was at its best. i would recommend not coming alone to this place, would be more fun.

We enjoyed the Hotel Arena very much. Close to center of town (walk to Arena) good breakfast except one day when we came as breakfast was ending & the staff was very busy. Beds were very comfortable. Cost was reasonable. We stayed 3 nights when the original plan had only been for one night. The room was a bit cold, we came during a cold spell in January but were provided extra blankets. We could not figure out how to get the TV to work but we did not pursue it.

This is a great place! I love to stay here and its very near to important places to visit...they got also, informations about tours and great places to visit, so if you want to gofor example sirmione, they give you advice how to go there, in tours or by yourself...all people in staff are great and kind! Breakfast its complete and healthy...If I decide go for vacations again...definitly I'll choose this place! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It was a very good and OK hotel. Very clean, with a very nice staff and good breakfast.
I didn't like that much the fact that there was nobody from the staff after 9 P.M. and in the morning nobody before 8 A.M.
Overall, good hotel and cheap.

This is a great place!
