Decently clean. the location was nice. quiet, and yet not far from the center. only major problem is the very low water pressure....difficult to take a shower.

the flat is nice,but too expensive. the floor looked clean when we arrived but it wasn´t kitchen a little bit awkward . the sleeping room is on a repos, not an indepedant room
very good department. The best was the attention. (although we had a small mismatch), but very friendly and welcoming. Very good apartment, and we recommend it. Also, very good security in place.
perfect location in the middle of Venice at a very cosy square. Very quiet apartment, no hot water !!! and not a very good bed.

I liked how uncomplicated everything worked out. Hand-over of keys, Payment and hand-over of the apartement.
We were so disppointed that Manuela has given us a for-their-own-use-private-room. We have been terribly annoyed by the doorbell of the main entrance EVERYTIME when people rang it. It was also a room with kitchen but no utensils.
Apart from the fact that we and our 3 children could not go to the toilet when we picked up our luggage from the garden of the apartment at 1 pm, we liked the place. Manuela was nice and informative. No matches for the gas cooker.
we liked it very much. all facilities where okey. it was enough space for four people, we had a nice kitchen for cooking and dinner, and there was also a little atrium to sit an relaxe outside. i would have liked to stay longer.
