loved it, my second time here and will come back

Probably the most amazing place to stay in Venice. Best value for money- with a huge terrace comprising of a really good view of the city (including Basilica di San Marco). Cheapest place for couples on a budget as the rooms are really good and fitted with modern amenities. Backside of the island is very easily accessible and it is perfect to grab a couple of beers and spend a quiet evening beside the water- gives you a feel as if you own the island- might become a bit eerie as well as the island gets pretty deserted as night falls but it is still safe. Very easily accessible as vaporetto services connecting main islands are operating 24 h a day but not recommended if you plan to explore only on foot.

I had a very nice staying. I do recommend to anybody looking for a comfortable and "young style" accommodation in Venice.

Cleanliness: streams of little ants crawling around my floor. Room not cleaned once and when they do for the next person, cleaning just means turnover of new sheets. Staff: took thirty minutes each time I wanted to change my reservation (stay in venice another night, etc) and when I arrived even though I already had the online reservation and codes. Also, said they had run out of fans, which usually come with the no air conditioning rooms in sticky midsummer Venice. Only when I came back at 4 having not slept did they say, Oh, looked in the back and found one. Still not enough to get a decent rest. All this said it's the cheapest place with no curfew for a young person traveling in Venice so it might be an option for some.

Quite good option in Venice for low-cost travelers. Simple rooms - sheets and towels included. Nice terrace at the roof of the house. Disadvantages: no air-conditioning (completely annoying when temp. is over 40 oC, in room we had about 32 oC) and kitchen with almost no equipment.

Its a cool place for young people but very basic

Clean, simple and Wi-fi free on the first floor. I don't need anything else while I'm travelling. I recommend you the room number 305, the panorama is amazing. The stuff is lovely. If I have to go back to Venice, I'll go there again for sure. - Massimiliano Cucciniello
