A great location, charming decor with original features. Although there was an inaccuracy with the room booking - double instead of two single beds, the owner went out of her way to sort the situation and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the outcome. Breakfast was excellent too! Highly recommended!

really enjoyed my stay here - very central location with cosy rooms looking on to the canal. Also they staff were very helpful snd friendly and breakfst was great. Would difinitely stay here again.

The house is amazing, it has so much history and charm. Nicola and his wife were lovely people, really helpful, and the breakfast was great. I work for a travel agency and would definetely recommend this hhl over some bigger names around.
Unbeatably situated -walk of five minutes to both Piazza S. Marco and Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was prepared thoughtfully and we really felt taken care of. Very nice staff that offered every kind of help you could possibly think of. Unfortunately they spoke very little English, which was however not a very big problem.
Our hostess maybe wasn´t the best english-speaker, but she was so sweet that we couldn´t do nothing but smile!
