Excelent Location near Piazza San Marco. The room was wonderful!
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nites and managed to find a good price on the internet. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the Rialto water bus stop so very convenient. It was clean but did not like having to switch on the lights to get to the top floor as it was very dark and not easy to find the switches. Staff were very polite and carried my case on arrival as I was on the top floor. The bathroom was very small but clean. I would definately stay there again as the location was second to none. It was close to St Mark's Square but even closer to Rialto Bridge.
The hotel was in wonderful position, near the Rialto Bridge. It was clean, and the breakfast allright, they had the basic things like bread, croissants, cereals, milk and cofee. I think it was to expensive because it´s an old hotel, the room was very small, but we went there in Carnival, so the prices were all very high.

advantages: low-priced and centrally negativ: very small bathroom, small breakfast, clairaudient, impersonally, no air condition, no terrace for guests,a lot of midges
Very kind people working there. This hotel is very well located, and the room are at a very good price.
The only thing going for this hotel is the location. Everything else is well below average and over-priced. My reservation was for 2 beds sonce I was travelling with my daughter - not available. Unhelpful staff, poor breakfast, cramped and uncomfortabòe rooms. NOT RECOMMENDED
We were so happily accommodated in this truly Venetian-styled apartment. It was a perfect start to each day's cultural adventure. We would all return.
