You will be welcomed by the charming private courtyard with the ancient well, a small oasis among the stones of Venice, which in summer becomes a delightful garden with flowers, tables and gazebo, the perfect place to soak in the special magic of Venice at all hours of the day or night.
The atmosphere here is friendly and warm as can be expected from a private house where guests from around the world can meet and share the experience of a Venetian vacation and where comforts are superior when compared to those offered by any hotel or rooms-for-rent establishment.

The Continental breakfast which is complemented with Venetian goodies(biscuit), is conveniently served in your room, and when the good weather comes, in the beautiful courtyard.
