warm and friendly people working there … everything was fine and easygoing …
It's good quiet place with kindly people. We stayed there for two nights and noone disturbed our sleeping. Big rooms with conditioneer and cheapest mini-bar I ever saw! Close to vaparetto line and good supermarket (you can't find supermarkets in Venice so often as in other cities).
Spent 4 nights there and didn't regret it. Close to St. Marco, Rialto and the waterbus station F. Nuove. Friendly staff. Simple but clean rooms. Only the fridge was buzzing noisily Fair price. I'd take it again.
