We are located a 15 km. from Venice, on the Brenta Riviera, in the green heart of the park of a Venetian villa. \n \nIn the annexed building our guests will find two nice independent suite-apartments (36 mq and 53 mq), carefully furnished, provided with all kind of facilities and with a fully equipped kitchen . \n \nExcellent solution to spend a pleasant and fully independent holiday. The best lodgings for the family. \n \nThe Junior suite (22 mq) furnished in elegant italian style and have a double bed, a sitting area and small kitchenette (only for breakfast), air conditioning, a marble bathroom (en suite) with shower, no smoking, max 2 persons . \n \nItalian breakfast (self prepared) :coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, biscuits, cake, jam, butter, toasted slices, white bread to slices, natural mineral water and fruit. \n \nPrices include: bed, bathroom linen; water; light; daily cleaning, car park and all taxes. \nThere aren't additional charges \n \nCar parking facilities inside the park. \nSorry but no pets admitted. \nNo smoking allowed in the bedrooms. \nMinimum stay two nights.
