Very nice staff at this hotel. Bad surprise at the room, there was not bed but a very old and crooked coach instead. If you don't want a backache .. just dont book there.

  2. Francisco Javier From Spain On November 30, -0001

Really, clean and quiet place. The service was so kind and respectful, they try to help you at anything.

  3. Viktor From Bulgaria On November 30, -0001

Could be much better. The location is just perfect, but that's it. The value for money, compared to other Italian hotels I've been to, is really low. - No free parking place - only a few reserved for the hotel (if they are not taken already) and it's again 15EUR/day) - The breakfast is a bit poor - Corridors are tight and dark - Some of the rooms don't have A/C. If they have, you pay 10EUR to use it - pretty lame.

  4. Ai Hwa From Brunei On November 30, -0001

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room is very spacious but I recommend that you do not choose to stay in the attic as it does look old. The hotel location is about 15 minutes from the train station (Porta Nuova) and even further from Porta Susa. But the hotel is very close to the tourist attraction sites.

  5. Glauber From Italy On November 30, -0001

The hotel is easy to find and very well located. We stayed in a privede 4 bed room with bathroon. They do ur bed and can change ur towel if you ask. The price is good and the location perfec. The only problem was a bad smell coming from the toilet all the time.

  6. Lourdes From Spain On November 30, -0001

The rooms and furniture were very old, also the beds. Breakfast was not good either. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is very good, at walking distance to the center

  7. Ella From Finland On November 30, -0001

The staff was very polite and nice, but there were a few persons who didn't speak English at all and that made some situations rather difficult.

  8. Monika From Germany On November 30, -0001

It would be nice if the staff would speak other languages than italian.Otherwise the hotel was good, very quiet and had even a mini-bar.

  9. Silvia From Italy On November 30, -0001

the prices of an hostel combined the quality of a really good hotel! the staff really kind and helpful, the room confortable, clean and light! we had really a good time in hotel artuà & solferino!

  10. Rasmus From Denmark On November 30, -0001

Good value. Friendly service. Very quiet part of town. On the downside this means that not much happens after 8pm in this area. It's about 10min walk to nightlife/shops

  11. Magdalina From Bulgaria On November 30, -0001

It is a great small and cute hotel with very polite staff. Though, the only problem is that only two people spoke english! But we had really great time and I can say it met and exceeded our expectations!

  12. Anna From England On November 30, -0001

This is a fantastic, family-run hotel just off Piazza Solferino, so slap-bang in the centre of Turin. You can walk to anywhere in the city from here - down to the river Po, to the cinema museum and everywhere else too. The rooms are a good size, there's plenty of hot water and the family are very friendly and helpful. I liked it so much that I went back when i returned to Turin 3 weeks later! Highly recommended

  13. Annamarie From Denmark On November 30, -0001

first night horrible because of room provided which was normally parlour room of staff or guests. Slept in made of bed, normally chair. But next night a perfectly fitted nice room even with small balcony. Staff very helpful, but hotel obviously overbooked

  14. Simone From France On November 30, -0001

Very good position; central, near the tourist office; very quiet;window opening on a back yard;the personnel is amiable and the breakfast plentiful. The furniture and decoration of our bedroom under the roof was rather simple.
