    Location is perfect 1 minute walk from romes central train station. Breakfast was adequate. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff are a great with both directions and reccomendations!

    I booked for certainprice and after entering my credit card data the price changed. I tried to cancel the reservation and get my refund but this never happened. So I lost the reservation money and the first night. I will never use your service again

    Luigi the owner was very hospitable.The location is incredible,so close to the main railway station Termini. If I go to Rome again,i would prefer Rome Acc again.

    Stayed in room with private bath. It was amazing!! The place is extremely convenient to get to from both bus and railway station. Most of the big attractions are walkable and the place has a lot nice restaurants nearby. The service was impeccable and was greeted by very warm n friendly staff. Definitely my choice for next stay.

    B&B Rome has an excellent location. Just a few hundred meters (around 5 minutes walk)from Roma Termini. Staff was very helpful, they let us in pretty early in the morning before the normal check-in time. I would definitely recommend it! Sajad-Germany/India.

    Great place to stay. Big room with all we need, great bathroom, kind staff. Very good location and easy acess to all corners of Rome and to others surround cities. I definitly will stay there again.

    This place was by far the nicest place we stayed at for the price. That staff was very nice and helpful. Although they did mix up our reservations, they fixed them for us. The breakfast was also much better than any of the other b&bs that we went to in Europe. It is also right by the Termini station which makes it easy to get around the city and also close enough to the sites that you can walk if you are up for some exercise. We would definitely recommend this place.

    we are a couple age 62 and stay for 3 days in this b&b. We stayed in a clean very nice room.With tv and free internet. Bathroom was small but sufficient. No clean towels every day, only one towel for three days. May be we should have ask for it. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had a pleasant stay. Very close to Termini station.

    The owners of this establishment are the friendliest, and kindest I met on my travels. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that we knew the best, and cheapest ways, to enjoy the city. The BnB itself is well appointed, clean and well above the level we expected at this great price. The owners speak good english and the breakfast provided was a step above those in other places too. I am recommending it very highly to everyone.

    The quality of accommodation was perfect. Breakfast was very rich (toast, butter, 3 types of jam, cheese, cake, coffee, juice, yogurt) and served directly to your room. The room was cleaned every day. It’s possible to pay by credit card. We will stay in this place again!

    Hi, I normally dont give any comments but his one was one of a kind. The staff was super friendy and you get your breakfast in the room. Although the area is not the best since it is just besides the train station, it is at 10 to 15 mins walk from the Coliseum
