    Perfect location, friendly owners, secure location and close to transit and attractions - just a slight confusion when arriving to the building as there are no signs specifically for the B&B however a short phone call and Alessio met us downstairs and escorted us up. Great time, would definitely recommend this B&B to friends!

    Very nice place and location. Coliseum is really very near. There is a small set of steps to access the elevator, but nothing to be worried with. The breakfast is great. It doesn't provide a wifi connection, unfortunatelly.

    We have had a great time in Rome and the accommodation was very good, comfortable and we specifically enjoyed the funky kitchen. ALSO VERY WELL LOCATED. The people were also very friendly and I will recommend the venue to anyone

    Stylish rooms wonderful Breakfast Bus statiom 10m away (great) Directly on Via Labicana, i had no problems with the traffic noise. 5 min walking distance to Manzoni Mertro station. I would go every time again into this B&B. Fully recommend again.

    Tastefully furnished appartment and very clean. Very well located close to Coloseum and easily accessible to both metro lines. As it´s on the main road you can hear the traffic, but I would definitely recommend.

    If you appreciate more privacy than noisy "funny" hostels, this is great place to stay! Very nice rooms, helpful staff, position 10 minutes walking to Colosseum- I can't imagine better place to stay at.
