    we had the room in Hotel Blu, in a * room (we booked a ** room), TV, safe and Wi-Fi didn't worked. After arrival we couldn't communicate with hotel staff. I called them that I've problem, but they didn't come. I'll contact consumer protection authority, because hotel modified my booking without notification.
