The rooms are with bathroom and are furnished with:

- a free selection of DVD movies ( you never know.. in case it rains...)
- PComputer in room with FREE INTERNET ADSL
- WiFi connection for your own notebook
- Italian breakfast is included in the room rate all the week long exept on sundays and national holydays

Guests can have breakfast in the coffee-bar down on the side from Monday to Saturday.


Located in a building dated back at the ending of 1800,
the walls maintain the old original plaster and some peculiar fornitures have been created on purpose for this place.

No curfew and no lockout,
guests have their own keys to be free.

All linen and towels are included
( change of 3 towels -big,medium,little- per person every 3 days )

Check-in after 14.00
Check-out before 12.0
Guests who arrive before 14.00 can always leave luggages here, take their keys and come back at 14.00 or after.
