The bathroom was smelling and it was terrble when we enter the room. and i didnt like the man who is in the checking point. i gave 90% to a boy working here not the man. If you can not find a cheap place for a short time you can stay there. Everyday they were cleaning the room it was ok except bathroom !

  2. Silvia From Italy On November 18, 2012

They say you the restroom is used only by your room and one other only, but everybody used it..the hotel staff too.. You can't find the garbage basket in your room.. Terrible..

  3. Lisa From Australia On July 16, 2012

It is by far the worst place I have ever been to do NOT stay here! They told us when we arrived our room wasn't ready and that they wld upgrade us the next day and showed us a 4 bedroom room which was tiny and still not what we ordered (a double bed private) the room the put us in was a small hot box and we shared our bathroom with staff members, the staff come into your room when your out, they said they wld only take 10euro off the price and were rude! We complained and left after five hours when we were booked for three nights. It is not central rome and is in a bad area do not go here!!!

The staff barely know english or any other language. There is no kitchen but only microwave and coffe machine using of which makes a lot of noises, during the day or night and I couldn't sleep well. Besides, the bed was wery uncomfortable - it wasn't double but two single beds connected. What is more, the walls were wery thin and I could hear everything that my neighbour was doing ex. snoring.

The location of the hotel was very convenient but the service was terrible. They offered us free breakfast but in fact there was no breakfast and even in the room there was not washing facilities

  6. MARIANA From Brazil On December 25, 2011

That''s not a nice place to stay at all! Bugs in the bed, the employees barely speak english and the neighborhood is so ugly that youll get the wrong impressions of rome. I only spent 4hrs there and checked out.

The hostel room was actually a small flat near the Colosseum (500m). It had a kitchen, bathroom and bed. Very convenient to cook at home, and feel comfortable. The location was perfect, only 500m for the Colosseum, and pretty close to the Roman forum.

when I came to this hostel, they told me about some extra fee, (4 E peer person/night?) which I needed to pay before check in. Of course there was no mentioned before about this. I was prepared to pay 63E, in result I paid 71 (63 +2x4 E) in place + 9 E deposit during reservation, which makes this hostel not the cheapest place. For this price, you can find much better place to stay. Argument with staff wasn't able, because of very poor English. No kitchen, just one kettle. Small window, dark room. neighborhood - a little bit scary at night... benefits? bathroom quiet OK (besides that staff use the same bathroom as you in Private 2bed with WC room), near metro, wifi.

Room was big, so was the bed but not very comfortable. Staff was friendly but aloof Our first day we left the air condition working and later upon coming back there was a big stench in the room, you also got funny smells coming to the room from the bathroom ventilation system-cigarette smoke- TV signal was weak and it was lost constantly. Breakfast not really breakfast just a cup of coffee and a not fresh croissant, wrapped in a plastic bag, the kind you buy in the supermarket. Overall not worth the price they charge, considering that for a much lesser price we booked 4 star hotel in Prague. I Wouldn´t go back

I was pleased with the bed, air conditioning, soap, juice delivered in the morning, ROOM CLEANING SERVICE daily, beverages conveniently for sale, and the map that the staff gave me for free

  13. Marire-Charlotte From Belgium On April 16, 2011

ugly but clean rooms. Close to the station and the subway, but the staff was weird. Breakfast was so bad and small that it was funny...

  14. Ines From Spain On April 11, 2011

They took our key to enter the hostel to use it for another guest, and promised to open the door, and nobody was there to open, and we waited there for 20 minutes. Not clean at all, and water is hot for little time (not for 2 persons).

  15. PIOTR From Poland On April 5, 2011

Pros; Staff was really friendly and helpful, hotel is cheap and in good location. Cons; Bathroom was tiny, hotel is next to noisy street, italian breakfast is only coffee and croissant :) If you don't expect too much from the hotel it's a good option and it's close everywhere.

  16. Silvio From Italy On March 23, 2011
