With a family-run-management we offer large bedrooms with bathrooms/shower (24 hours hot water) inside in each room. Fabrizio,Ramona will be ready to welcome you in an atmosphere as at home and they will give you free maps of the city and depliants with some information where you can have a good dish of pasta or a the best pastry, or where you can drink a good wine.
The Italian breakfast buffet can be enjoyed in the kitchen from 8:30 to 10:30.
A terrace/solarium with shower is for the guest.

IF YOU HAVE A CAR At your arrival you can leave the car in the courtyard of the palace for the luggage and then we help you to choose the parking. It is available for the guestes a free parking for motor-cycle and bicycle in the court of the palace.
To park the car there are private car-parkings at payment extra in the neighbourhood with special price for our customers or at five minutes walking there is a square where a part is a park

PLEASE NOTE
In the 'standard 2 bed/s private shared WC' room there is a bunk bed, not 2 separeted beds.
The Family room are 2 saparate rooms with one bath private only for the 2 rooms outside.

LOOK!:
For stays longer than 3 days the rate of shower towels are changed every 3 days, the reorganization is done daily.
The total cleaning of the room is done every guest change or stay minimum 7 nights.
Each extra REQUEST needs a daily supplement
We don't accept all reservation with debit card or re-charge card (pay pal, ecc)
