Really close to the property there's the University of Federico II°, the Engineering faculty, the S. Paolo Stadium and the OLTREMARE exhibition. As also the Arena Flegrea, summer concerts area and the Palapartenope.
On our property is possible to book tour to Capri,Ischia and Procida, to the Natural Riserve of Gaiola (on the Acquavision boat) and the archaeological park of Pausylipon, and the Bike Tour. Near the property there are several restaurants and pizzerie, good price and excellent quality, some supermarkets, bars, shops, and only 100 meters away there's the subway stop Line 2 that connects with the city center in a few minutes, buying a 1 euro ticket that lasts 90 minutes. In our small but comfortable property, we assure you a comfortable staying other than the usual B&B, daily cleaning if the rooms, breakfast served in the room at the time that you want and maximum availability to meet you needs... last thing is that the parking is 50 meters away and it's free if you book it in advance.
