for 15 € per night it is a really good option. room was clean. citchen as well. breakfast was also very nice. a place i would recomnend
It was really nice hostel. Clean, calm. It is true that you have to pay 5 cents if you want to use lift. But it's just 5 cents. Breakfast - maybe not so much but enough: coffe, tea, cornflakes, sweet bread, milk, juice. Good position - close to the center and to the port. I think it's nice hostel.
It was a good place to be in and it was well located as well.
So nice. Very funny and very confortable. There wee everithing that ypu need. A nice experience.
The hostel is quite difficult to find. There are simpler directions from the train station than those on the hostel's site. While the staff was good and informative, the area where the hostel is located leaves alot to be desired.
It is a great hostel and the city is also a great city!
It was a bit difficult for me to find the hostel and I almost lost my way in the beginning. Once there, it is fairly simple to locate as it is on the main street. It is in a safe area and I being a lone girl traveller was comfortable on streets till 9 in the night. The staff is extremely helpful and the place is spick and span. I will definitely come here the next time.
Its great if u stay in the 6beds room. Clean, nice view. The 4bed room is nit great, narrow, seems much worse. Great position next to metro stn., port and bus stop to the airport.unfortunately .o common room or kitchen. So just to sleep.
I loved the man at the reception, but I didn't like too much the place. You cannot have a key of the room and it's often open and there are no lockers inside. Every time you come back you should ring the bell of two differents main doors and someone has to open to you. The room it was for 4 people and if full it's very difficult to live because quite small for 4.
I stayed here a number of years ago and it was great! However a recent split in ownership has occurred and as such the quality and experience is markedly poorer! Now wether this simply then resulted in Bella Capri not being able to get rooms ready in time for the season I'm not sure but Our room was a dumping ground for unused toilets, tools, beds etc the fixtures In the room were unfinished and the shower badly needed a decent scrub! Overall it was disappointing we cut short out stay here by two nights! Wouldn't reccomend this place!
What I was really surprised was that it had no rooms for us and there was double booking. I did not have rooms because the booking system of your website was broken, even though I have booked and was assigned the booking number. I cannot imagine!
Bed bugs. First night I saw one, took a photo of it and showed it to the staff. They changed my bed for a night and then assured me my old bed would be fine since they "disinfected" it. I checked out, and the next days others in the hostel had been bitten all over. Just stay away from this place. It's not worth the trouble. I stayed at an Airbnb after. It was more expensive but so worth it.

Good location if you are going to the islands near to Naples.
The hostel has lovely staff and is in a very safe and central location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, particularly in the bathrooms. It does not have a breakfast. It has a hot plate and some pans so you can meet people by cooking together. I had a great time at this hostel
The beds are full of bed bugs!!! I stayed at the Hostel for a week, and get a pack of red spots on the skin. The location is the best and there are always many interesting people living, but this phenomena with these insects is outrageous!The cleanness isn't at its best too, and it would be very nice to eat a bit varied breakfast.. Besides these I spent a wonderful days there.
The hostel is in bad conditions. One of the staff guys has really bad attitude.

the breakfast is an italian one = Biscotti, Croissonts, coffee, tea beds are kind of unstable the blankets are thin = cold in the winter period the water was not really hot but all in all a good hostel, nice and friendly with lockers, keys, 24h reception...everything you need
